Our 2021 Reserve Chardonnay was hand harvested and the grapes were whole bunch pressed and fermented for ten months in French oak hogsheads. Following fermentation, the wine was batonnaged for two months. 

 

This Chardonnay offers wonderful complexity and stylish elegance with delicate perfumes of peach, pear, and apple, interwoven with creamy lees and oak derived influences. It will reward careful medium-term cellaring.
